The SunLender Installment Loan Program provides residential and commercial financing for the installation of renewable energy products.  If allowed by state, federal and regulatory agencies, approved rebates may be used as collateral and/or a downpayment against the purchase price.  The installment loan has flexible repayment plans with terms ranging from 5 years to 15 years. 
Interest rates are competitively priced and an origination/transaction fee of 1.5% is charged. 

The SunLender Lease Program provides residential and commercial leasing for the installation of renewable energy products.  FMSI/SunLender and/or its assignees retains ownership of the renewable energy system and as such is the recipient of all rebates and/or tax credits and grants.  The end-user benefits from reduced energy costs and a reduced monthly lease payment with no
out-of-pocket expense.  Lease terms are available from 5 to 10 years with renewal and/or purchase options.  An origination/transaction fee of 1.5% is charged.
